I’ve been Gluten-Free for about two years and I’m constantly amazed by the amount of learning and precaution required. As I find out new things and come up with new recipes, I’ll use this blog to share what I’ve found. Hopefully we can find some new recipes and recreations of old favorites!
The only problem is that all this specialty food costs a lot of money that I don’t have. I’m always looking for cheap solutions to great gluten-free food.
I’m also working on a Wiki-stype gluten resource. I think it could fill a need for constantly updated wheat and gluten information. Ingredients and additives are always changing, so a dynamic database like this could be very helpful for gluten-free living.
